Modern Mazda key fobs are built for convenience, giving you easy access to your vehicle and allowing many models to start with the push of a button. That added technology can make replacement more expensive than many drivers expect. Between cutting, programming, and electronic components, a replacement key can cost several hundred dollars.

BENEFITS

• –Key replacement coverage: EasyCare helps cover the cost to repair or replace covered lost or stolen vehicle keys and key fobs, up to $750 per occurrence. Additional eligible keys on the same keyring may also be covered up to $200 per occurrence.
• –24-hour lock-out assistance: If you are locked out of your vehicle or home, help is available through EasyCare's 24-hour toll-free assistance line.
• –Key retrieval rewards program: Your KeyCare tag can help your lost keys find their way back to you. If someone finds them, they can place them in a mail slot and EasyCare can help return them.

HOW KEYCARE WORKS

If your keys are lost, stolen, or damaged, the replacement process is simple. Mazda owners can contact Nelson Mazda or another authorized Mazda dealership for key cutting and programming, while EasyCare helps with eligible coverage support.

If you are locked out or stranded because of a key issue, contact EasyCare to begin the assistance process. If your keys are stolen, coverage may also help with re-keying your home, giving you added peace of mind.
