Maranda was great! She helped us in selecting a vehicle, and she was patient with us and answered all of our questions. Being able to test drive alone allowed me and the wife to have candid conversations about the two vehicles under consideration. For our previous car purchases at two different non-Mazda dealerships, the salespersons were present during our test drives. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My bank was being difficult despite having incredible credit. But Matthew did so much work trying to find a bank to work with me. They were so amazing through the whole process and even delivered the car to my house! With a full tank of gas. Fully impressed all the way around. It was a good experience overall. However, I was disappointed I did not get a full tank of gas as I have with every other vehicle purchase. I live 2.5 hours away, was unfamiliar with the area, it was after 6 pm, and I got in the car to find it had very little gas.
