Efficient process for checking and communication during service. Reasonable costs. Good people. Also convenient. Only downside to service is that It is difficult to get appointment in short order because they are booked.

I brought in my car for warranty work that ended up costing me $175 over my deductible. What I got charged for is what caused the initial problem and the parts to be replaced. The service was good but the warranty details are crap and seem to be set up as a way for you to charge for something outside the warranty. These warranties need to be the same at every dealership and should be seamless.
I wasn't planning on buying a car that day, but, went home with keys in hand. Ian was so patient and non-salesy. Love my car and the great experience. They were overloaded with people buy cars but never made me feel like my business wasn't important.
Got me in quickly for a second opinion and scheduled the service a few weeks later after parts were ordered. Communicated status of vehicle. All employees I interacted with were super friendly and knowledgeable.
Nelson Mazda was awesome! They were able to get my car in right away and give me an honest estimate on everything. Once approved, the process was very easy and they were very thorough with the estimate. The work was done in a timely matter and no surprises!

Mostly a positive experience. They seemed to have trouble getting timely quotes from their parts department and so it took quite a while to tell me wat it would cost to do repairs on my Miata. Otherwise good. I like their video documentation.

Very good sales experience with my 2021 CX-9. Market based pricing doesn’t always work out as the best deal. In my case, with very good value for my trade-in (a truck), it was. My sales rep, David, was considerate and thorough. In fact, I’ve bought many new vehicles in the last five years (from Lexus, RAM, Nissan, Toyota, GMC, and BMW). No salesperson has done as good of a job being sure I knew all of the features (from the inside to the outside to the app) as David… and I’ve been fortunate to have some truly outstanding ...

Took my Mazda MX-5 racecar in for an engine problem. Towed it down from Bowling Green where I was in a competition at the NCM Motorsports Park, and chose Nelson because the Service Director has racing experience. They were super responsive and friendly, and the technician tried everything possible to get me back on track, but ultimately I must do a tear down to fix it back home I’m Denver. Would highly recommend their Service Department for their empathy (they were almost as sad as I was that it wasn’t fixed!) and their persistence to get this Mazda ...

Gerald and Tristan was a pleasure to work with. When we arrived we let them know that we wanted to drive several cars. This was no problem and a car was waiting when we returned from each test drive. We felt no pressure to purchase, even when we left to go grab lunch and talk. The only regret is not verifying options on our car that we assumed would come automatic such as back up sensors or fog lights. This was our second purchase from Nelson Mazda.
