I bought my first new car about 2 weeks ago and was very pleased with Nelson Mazda Cool Springs as well as my salesman, Colin L. He was very willing to help but did not pressure me and even made sure there was someone to keep in touch with me on his day off throughout the week which I thought was awesome! Every single other car lot harassed me daily and still do honestly but Nelson Mazda did not do that and it was very appreciated. The paperwork was quick and smooth, my car literally rolled out of detailing right after I finished my paperwork and I had a full tank of gas too! I am loving my new CX-5!

Paulina met with both my wife and I twice, both times on a Saturday (due to my wife's work schedule), and each time did a wonderful job explaining our options. Once we decided on and purchased the 2023 CX-5 Carbon edition, she sat in the car and explained all the features to my wife. We traded in our 2014 Mazda CX-5 that was also purchased new from Nelson (Old downtown location). Overall, we were completely satisfied with the transaction and would not hesitate to refer a potential customer to Paulina.

I was there after hours completing my purchase and I never felt rushed by Paulina or Mazda staff. I bought a new Mazda Cx50. I am very pleased with the purchase. Hawk is very friendly and very knowledgeable Sale Associate. His friendliness and smiling face made a comfort level to work the deal and purchase the vehicle. He was able to answer all questions and explain with detail. He did not pressurize to buy any extra packages. The one package he did recommend I bought. It paid within a week when I had flat tire it was replace with a brand new tire. I will recommend Nelson Mazda for friends and family. Also, Give a 5 star for customer service provided by Mr. Hawk.

They can be fairly overt about their religious beliefs. They even play Christian music over loud speakers. And the last time I was at the parts department the employee there gave me his testimony about coming to Jesus. If that sort of overtness bothers you, this may not be the place for you. That being said, if you can look past this, this is one of the best dealerships in town. Excellent service, very kind, hard working, and amazing quality. Can't beat Nelson in my opinion.

Traded in our equinox for a minivan for our growing family. Dealt with Mr. Ed through the whole process and felt really taken care of by him. Maranda was great! She helped us in selecting a vehicle, and she was patient with us and answered all of our questions. Being able to test drive alone allowed me and the wife to have candid conversations about the two vehicles under consideration. For our previous car purchases at two different non-Mazda dealerships, the salespersons were present during our test drives. It may seem like a minor thing, but it was very helpful in our selection process to speak privately about the cars. It's our first Mazda, and our experience at the dealership was very enjoyable!

I had the very best experience buying my first new car at this dealership. I had always bought used cars (mainly Subarus) in the past but after a lot of research and test drives, I decided that a Mazda was the car for me. I thought the transition from Subaru would be hard but It has been almost two weeks and I already absolutely LOVE my 2023 Mazda CX-30! I also can not rave enough about how awsome the Sales team is. Our salesman, Marcus Montgomery went above and beyond and was more than patient with our questions and needs. If he didn't know about something he would find the answer and get back to us right away. We had a slight issue getting our military discount and Marcus found a person on staff to help us correct that issue and that person was also very helpful and patient and was able to help us find the paperwork we needed. I also appreciate that the sales and finance team stayed late (past closing time) until everything was in order for us to trade in our Subaru and take our new Mazda home. I am an extremely happy customer and plan on being a Nelson Mazda customer from here on out!
